Something melancholic today. When I saw this photo with the shadows of the fence in Aslan's face, I began to think about the feeling if you can see the sun only with a fence in front of it. These thoughts don't fit to Aslan and his packmates, 'cause Klein-Auheim has a huge enclosure and I'm sure that they are close to a natural living (as close as it's possible). But there are so many wolves (and of course other animals) in zoos, which never get the chance to look at the sun without anything in between. I wish that someday, every zoo will give its animals a better life than they have today.
